Junior Accountant

About the role

The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting and financial operations across Earth Roastery’s entities, including GTC, Factory, and Café. Working closely with the Senior Accountant, you will help ensure accurate record‑keeping, timely transaction processing, and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts for multiple entities.
• Process supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and manage vendor records.
• Issue customer invoices for catering, B2B, and B2C clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with bank and cash reconciliations, petty‑cash management, and inventory transaction recording.
• Support payroll data collection, verification, and documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, month‑end and year‑end closing schedules, and provide data for audits.
• Maintain organized documentation for compliance, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, inventory, and HR teams on financial matters.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance).
