Junior IT Support

About the role

Oryx Ltd. is looking for a motivated Junior IT Support professional to own device setup, onboarding and off‑boarding logistics across the organisation. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and IT Manager, providing hands‑on support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices while freeing senior IT staff to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure laptops, phones, IT accounts and application access for new joiners, including urgent on‑the‑spot cases.
• Provide day‑to‑day hardware and software support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Execute end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes, coordinating with HR on timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of devices, accounts and IT stock inventory.
• Coordinate IT supplies, purchase requests and stock with the IT Manager.
• Escalate complex infrastructure or access issues to the IT Manager and document resolutions.
• Track work and report status using Asana.

Required profile

• Attitude and curiosity valued above degree pedigree.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering (fresh graduates and intern‑level candidates welcome).
• Methodical approach to hardware troubleshooting with the ability to explain fixes.
• Self‑driven, capable of handling urgent requests calmly.
