Junior IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. You will provide hands‑on support for both on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations while delivering high‑quality technical assistance to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via the IT Helpdesk, adhering to SLA targets.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications, including routine patching, updates, and upgrades.
• Support Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network devices such as switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Help manage hybrid environments on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365, including identity and access management.
• Contribute to security and compliance initiatives, including endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and physical security controls (CCTV, UPS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of IT experience with exposure to security tasks and ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
