Junior Marketing Officer

About the role

Thinnies is seeking a Junior Marketing Officer who is passionate about marketing, social media, and the food & beverage sector. You will support the marketing team in creating and executing campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all restaurant locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and update Thinnies' social media platforms, scheduling posts, stories, and engaging content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Create captions and develop social media content calendars.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages as needed.
• Track performance using platform insights and prepare basic reports.
• Support new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with restaurant operations to ensure correct display of marketing materials across branches.
• Assist in organizing photo shoots, influencer visits, and marketing events.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and coordinate with external suppliers and printers.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the marketing team.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Hands‑on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and a creative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
