Junior Oracle Developer

About the role

Fiduciary International is looking for a motivated Junior Oracle Developer to join its development team in Kuwait. The role involves designing, developing, testing and supporting enterprise business applications built on Oracle technologies, offering a solid foundation for a career in Oracle development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain database applications using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of Oracle APEX applications.
• Participate in system analysis, design, development, testing and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and development specifications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts and project managers.
• Support ERP and business application implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle development.
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid transferable Visa 18 in Kuwait and currently residing in Kuwait.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
