Junior Reels Video Editor - MENA

About the role
The Junior Reels Video Editor will own short‑form video editing and optimisation for MENA markets, turning demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You will work onsite in Doha, collaborating with cross‑functional squads to deliver high‑quality video assets that support regional campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Reels video initiatives, from planning through execution and optimisation.
- Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities and weekly actionable plans.
- Run structured experiments, document performance learnings and scale successful tactics.
- Collaborate with strategy, delivery and analytics teams to align creative, technical and operational dependencies.
- Maintain QA discipline, clear reporting and leadership‑ready status updates.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in short‑form video editing and optimisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
- Data‑informed decision‑making with comfort analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Premiere Pro
