Junior Reels Video Editor - MENA

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Reels Video Editor to own short‑form video editing and optimisation for MENA markets. You will translate demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact while working closely with cross‑functional squads.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Reels video initiatives, from planning through execution and weekly optimisation cycles.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities and actionable weekly tasks.
• Run structured experiments, document performance learnings and support scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with strategy, delivery and analytics teams to align creative, technical and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, clear reporting and leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in short‑form video editing and optimisation.
• Hands‑on capability with Premiere Pro, storyboarding and creating performance hooks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Data‑informed decision‑making with comfort analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ownership mindset with ability to meet deadlines.
