Junior Service Delivery Analyst (ET Temporary)

About the role

The World Bank is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Analyst on an extended‑term temporary contract to provide IT support and drive digital transformation for its GCC operations. The role splits roughly 50% between core user support in Kuwait (with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman and backup for Riyadh) and 50% delivering data‑driven tools and automation for business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Zoom and other enterprise applications to staff in Kuwait and remote locations.
• Configure workstations, user accounts and manage onboarding/off‑boarding procedures.
• Develop interactive dashboards, automated reports and workflow solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and AI‑enabled tools.
• Collaborate with GCC Operations teams to improve portfolio monitoring, deliverable tracking and budget management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, ensure security compliance and support local network infrastructure.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate service requests and escalations.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in IT user support or service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑regional teams and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in digital enablement.

Required skills

• Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office apps).
• Basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven solutions and workflow automation.
