Junior Supply Chain Intern – 12‑Month Rotational Program

About the role

Roche Kuwait offers a 12‑month early‑career rotational program designed for high‑potential graduates. As a Junior Supply Chain Intern you will gain hands‑on experience in order management, warehouse coordination and stock replenishment while contributing to Roche’s mission of improving patient access to healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer orders for accuracy of materials, prices and quantities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure correct order processing.
• Contact customers to resolve order‑related issues and provide status updates.
• Update inventory levels, pricing and customer records with shipping details and tracking numbers.
• Handle returns, exchanges and resolve shipping delays or damaged‑goods concerns.
• Evaluate stock‑replenishment procedures and place restock orders.
• Communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc and/or MSc in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, Public Affairs or related fields.
• Early‑stage career or fresh graduate preferred.
• Basic understanding of the healthcare system (preferred).
• Good knowledge of IT security and data‑protection principles.
• Familiarity with laboratory IT solutions such as LIS, HIS and middleware.
• Eagerness to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong curiosity, integrity and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
