Kitchen Cleaner, Dishwasher, Line Cook & Waitstaff Needed

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our restaurant team operating in Avenues Mall and 360 Mall. The positions include kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, line cooking, and front‑of‑house service as waiters or waitresses. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing stations efficiently and ensure sanitary standards.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes as a line cook.
• Serve guests, take orders, and deliver meals as a waiter or waitress.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Valid Baladiya health card.
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant setting.
• Flexibility to perform both kitchen and service duties.
• Good communication skills in Arabic or English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Ability to follow cooking instructions and recipes.
• Customer service orientation for front‑of‑house roles.
