About the role
EVA Pharma is seeking a passionate and results‑driven Commercial Manager to lead its commercial operations across Kuwait. The role focuses on driving business growth, developing high‑performing field teams, and strengthening the company’s market presence in alignment with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve sustainable growth.
- Drive sales performance and ensure target achievement across territories and product lines.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage territory coverage, customer engagement, and resource allocation effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare stakeholders, distributors, and key accounts in Kuwait.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve market share and business performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Kuwaiti pharmaceutical market.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least five employees within the pharma industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and market expansion.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
