Land Surveyor – Full-Time Position in Farwaniya, Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Farwaniya, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate land and topographic surveys that support construction projects and legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct precise land and topographic surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
• Establish boundaries, reference points, and benchmarks for construction and legal purposes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, maps, and reports.
• Verify measurements to ensure compliance with designs, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors during site visits.
• Ensure all surveys meet local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local land laws and regulations is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS, total station, and theodolite equipment.
• Knowledge of mapping, GIS, and CAD software.
