Laundry Valet

About the role

We are looking for a Laundry Valet to deliver efficient laundry and valet services to hotel guests. The role involves handling guests’ personal items with care, ensuring they are cleaned, tracked, and returned promptly while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and colleagues in a welcoming and courteous manner.
• Collect guests' laundry and valet items, carefully noting any special instructions.
• Tag and track items accurately for laundry and valet services.
• Transport laundry items to the laundry department for processing.
• Maintain detailed records of laundry and valet orders, including billing information.
• Monitor the status of laundry orders and coordinate with the laundry team.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns related to laundry and valet services.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cleaned and pressed items to guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in valet services.
• Collaborate with the laundry and housekeeping teams for seamless operations.
• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations for laundry and valet services.
• Provide assistance to guests with additional requests or information.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, following company EHS procedures.

Required profile
