Lead Planner

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join its EPC project team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule across all phases, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Assist the Project Controls Manager with reports, registers, and implementation of planning and scheduling procedures.
• Review schedule updates, coordinate with project teams, and monitor progress against the baseline.
• Identify deviations or delays and communicate impacts to project management.
• Support claim preparation and extension‑of‑time analysis using appropriate delay analysis methods.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, budgets, and maintain planning records.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss schedule status, record changes, and advise on schedule impacts.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant EPC experience, preferably on projects above US$100M.
• Direct involvement in engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Experience with major EPC contractors and projects similar to ADNOC.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate schedule analysis.
