Lead Planner

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join its EPC team on a major project in Kuwait. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the project baseline schedule, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, and ensuring accurate progress reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for all EPC phases.
• Assist the Project Controls Manager with reporting, registers and control procedures.
• Review schedule updates, coordinate with project teams and highlight deviations.
• Support claim preparation and extension‑of‑time analysis using appropriate delay methods.
• Help produce weekly and monthly progress reports and maintain planning records.
• Participate in site meetings to capture schedule changes and assess impacts.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant EPC experience on projects above US$100 M.
• Direct involvement in engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Previous work with leading EPC contractors, preferably on ADNOC or equivalent projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate schedule analysis.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Schedule quality compliance and risk analysis.
