Lead Planner

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join its EPC project team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule across all phases, ensuring accurate progress measurement and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Assist the Project Controls Manager with reports, registers and implementation of planning procedures.
• Review schedule updates, coordinate with project teams, and monitor progress against the baseline.
• Highlight deviations or delays to management and support claim and extension‑of‑time analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, assist with budget preparation and maintain planning records.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss schedule status, record changes and advise on schedule impacts.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant EPC experience on projects above US$100M.
• Direct involvement in engineering, procurement and construction phases, preferably with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong analytical thinking.
• Fluent English communication skills.
