Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the organisation's learning strategy, ensuring that training programmes are aligned with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all franchising brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Learning & Development strategy that supports business goals.
• Identify training needs through assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives for all employee levels.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, and talent growth initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Manage digital learning platforms, e‑learning content, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with business leaders to build functional, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
• Monitor training effectiveness and measure learning impact using KPIs, assessments, and feedback.
• Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
• Prepare and manage the L&D budget while ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
