About the role

Join The English School, the oldest British school in the Middle East, as a Learning Support Assistant. You will help shape the future of young learners by supporting pupils to become more independent and achieve higher standards.

Key responsibilities

Provide one‑to‑one and group pupil support to raise achievement.
Assist teachers with creating resources, organising materials and administrative tasks.
Contribute to a positive classroom environment and support the delivery of the National Curriculum for England.

Required profile

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
Highly motivated, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrable experience working with children.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Patience, trustworthiness and strict confidentiality, especially regarding safeguarding.
