Loader, Forklift, Diesel Mechanic & Logistics Coordinator – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are expanding a fast‑paced oil & gas operation in Shuaiba, Kuwait and need energetic professionals to join immediately. The posting covers four distinct positions – Loader Operator, Forklift Operator, Diesel Mechanic and Logistics Coordinator – all critical to keeping the site running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other heavy equipment in field operations, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
• Drive forklifts for warehouse and yard movements, loading and unloading supplies.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diesel‑powered heavy equipment.
• Coordinate supply‑chain activities, manage inventory flow and support shift‑based logistics planning.

Required profile

• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in the same role within oil & gas or a related heavy‑industry environment.
• Valid Kuwait civil ID and residency (local candidates only) with immediate availability.
• Physically fit, able to work in demanding field conditions and shift schedules.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and site compliance.
