Logistics Administrator

About the role

The Logistics Administrator will oversee daily operations with our appointed 3PL warehouse provider in Kuwait, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound flows while maintaining strict compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities with the 3PL warehouse, monitoring inbound and outbound shipments for timely receipt and dispatch.
• Coordinate local and international transportation with freight forwarders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile stock between ERP and warehouse systems.
• Process goods receipt notes (GRNs), stock transfers, and inventory adjustments promptly.
• Handle customs clearance activities and prepare all required shipping documentation.
• Oversee product registration and regulatory compliance with Kuwaiti authorities.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Track warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, storage utilization, and service levels.
• Resolve logistics and warehouse operational issues quickly.
• Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics and warehouse operations experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing 3PL warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping, customs clearance and import/export documentation.
• Experience with product registration and regulatory compliance in Kuwait is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
