Logistics Analyst – Vehicle Sustainment (Kuwait)

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Logistics Analyst to join its vehicle sustainment team in Kuwait. The analyst will support global maintenance and logistics for multiple vehicle families under the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, present, and evaluate training programs for customers and internal staff.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering to gather technical data and schedule program activities.
• Train trainees, monitor learning progress, and assess training effectiveness.
• Analyze and coordinate logistical functions, including packing, shipping, receiving, and transportation of parts and equipment.
• Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for component acquisition from vendors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, working independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years logistics experience (or 1 year college plus 1.5 years experience).
• At least 2 years documented GCSS‑A experience.
• Experience with military STAMIS or commercial LMIS, work order creation, material requisition, inventory management, and Plant 2000 operations.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and meet government deployment physical requirements.
• Current US passport (minimum 2 years validity), high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and US citizenship with active Secret clearance.
