Logistics Assistant – Salmiya, Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and transportation operations in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves coordinating deliveries, handling documentation, and assisting with warehouse activities to ensure a smooth flow of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in arranging and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain delivery records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Provide warehouse/store support when required.

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, store, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory and delivery coordination.
• Understanding of logistics processes such as customs clearance, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and handling correspondence for international shipments.
