About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end flow of import and export shipments for our operations in Ahmadi. You will act as the primary liaison between suppliers, transport providers, customs agents, and the warehouse team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate import and export shipments, preparing all required shipping documents.
  • Handle customs clearance documentation and follow up with clearance agents.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff to track shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays to guarantee on‑time delivery.
  • Keep basic logistics and shipment records up to date.

Required profile

  • Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain management.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
