Logistics Coordinator – Fahaheel, Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transportation and supply‑chain activities in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands‑on logistics experience and be able to ensure smooth shipment flows between suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Monitor shipments, track progress and guarantee timely deliveries.
• Prepare, update and archive all logistics documentation.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers and customers to resolve issues.
• Address delivery and operational challenges promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant logistics, transportation or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with basic Arabic proficiency.
• Capability to handle shipment tracking, documentation and supplier/customer liaison.
• Knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Indian nationality preferred; immediate joiners are a plus.
