Logistics Coordinator – Freight & Shipping

About the role

LineX Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Al Dhajeej, Kuwait. The role focuses on managing freight movements across air, sea and land, ensuring efficient and timely delivery for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea and land freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents and carriers to arrange transport and resolve issues.
• Prepare quotations, shipping documents and related paperwork.
• Track shipments daily, monitor status and proactively address delays.
• Support overall freight forwarding and logistics operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team, contributing to continuous improvement of shipping processes and customer satisfaction.
