Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage material expediting, shipment tracking and delivery scheduling for our projects. The role will support procurement, warehouse and project teams to ensure timely and efficient flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities, including material expediting and shipment tracking.
• Monitor purchase orders, vendor follow‑up and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, warehouse and project teams to resolve issues.
• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Expeditor.
• Proven experience in material expediting, logistics coordination and shipment tracking.
• Knowledge of vendor follow‑up, purchase order monitoring and delivery schedule management.
• Experience in EPC, construction, engineering or oil & gas projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
