About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support daily operations across multiple locations in Kuwait, ensuring smooth flow of parts, supplies, and merchandise. This position is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing stock disruptions as the organization expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and tracking of main parts, maintenance items, and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels across all booths, guaranteeing continuous availability.
• Coordinate stock transfers between locations to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Track maintenance requirements, spare parts, and schedule timely equipment servicing.
• Oversee merchandise stock, availability, and replenishment processes.
• Provide regular reports on stock levels, usage trends, and future requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and effective stock planning.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, inventory control, or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
