Logistics Coordinator (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics and transportation activities in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors, drivers, and customers. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation tasks, monitoring shipments to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Prepare, update, and archive all logistics documentation.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Track shipments, handle documentation, and liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Identify and resolve delivery or operational problems promptly.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; basic Arabic is a plus.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with logistics software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
