Logistics Executive

About the role

As a Logistics Executive at Rafif General Trading & Contracting Co, you will manage and optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain for our trading and contracting activities. You will ensure timely delivery of goods, maintain accurate inventory records and support cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency.
• Coordinate with transport providers, shipping agencies and freight forwarders for cost‑effective shipments.
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices and customs paperwork.
• Resolve logistics issues including delays, discrepancies and claims.
• Generate performance reports on shipments, inventory and logistics KPIs.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and other departments to forecast demand.
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a trading or contracting environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
