Logistics Supervisor – 3PL Delivery Company

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a team of riders for a fast‑growing 3PL logistics provider in Kuwait. The role involves coordinating daily delivery operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting riders to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with riders on daily operations.
• Monitor rider performance, provide guidance and corrective actions.
• Give clear instructions and operational support to riders.
• Maintain and organize rider documents and records.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and smooth workflow.
• Prepare and update operational reports using Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Minimum high school qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
