Loss Prevention Officer

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard our property in Kuwait City. The role involves patrolling premises, assisting guests, and responding swiftly to safety incidents while maintaining a secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems.
- Lock entrances, conduct daily hazard inspections and report safety issues.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and handle complaints.
- Document incidents, complete shift summaries and maintain confidentiality of all reports.
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
- Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
- Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
