Loyalty Program Manager

About the role

Our client, a global leader in cards and payments, is seeking a Loyalty Program Manager to act as a strategic advisor for a leading bank in Kuwait. The role will drive adoption of the loyalty and customer‑engagement platform, deliver measurable business value and strengthen long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Evangelise the loyalty platform, monitor usage and recommend strategies to improve engagement, retention and ROI.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and executive stakeholders, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Provide best‑practice playbooks and translate data‑driven insights into clear recommendations for the client’s loyalty strategy.
• Lead regular business reviews, coordinate internal product, analytics and operations resources to meet SLAs.
• Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewal readiness and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address feedback, prioritize roadmap items and document client requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cards product management, loyalty customer success or consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of driving platform adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups including Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and executive teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link program performance to financial results.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
