Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead daily maintenance activities for facility equipment at Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait, ensuring safety, reliability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate safe, efficient daily maintenance operations of facility equipment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Plan, track, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for static and rotating equipment.
• Review, plan, and manage maintenance schedules, activities, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance.
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives related to maintenance management and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems in oil & gas or industrial settings.
• At least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset reliability and maintenance planning.
• Experience with static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical systems and instrumentation/control systems.
• Understanding of maintenance management systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices for industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership, planning, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.
