Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead safe and efficient daily maintenance operations for our oilfield facilities in Kuwait. The role involves developing strategies, overseeing preventive programs, and ensuring high equipment reliability within a dynamic industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate safe and efficient daily maintenance operations of facility equipment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Plan, track, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for static and rotating equipment.
• Review, plan, and manage maintenance schedules, activities, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance.
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance management and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within the oil & gas or industrial sector.
• At least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial maintenance position.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and maintenance planning.
• Experience maintaining static and rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation/control systems.
• Understanding of maintenance management systems and maintenance reporting.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices for industrial maintenance operations.
• Proven leadership, planning, problem‑solving, and team management abilities.
