Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the daily maintenance operations of facility equipment for Anton Oilfield Services in Kuwait. This senior position ensures equipment reliability, safety and operational efficiency across a wide range of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate safe, efficient daily maintenance activities for all facility equipment.
• Develop, implement and monitor maintenance strategies to maximise equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Plan, track and oversee preventive maintenance programmes for both static and rotating equipment.
• Review, schedule and manage maintenance activities, producing performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance work to minimise downtime and optimise overall asset performance.
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives related to maintenance management and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems in the oil & gas or industrial sector.
• At least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset reliability and maintenance planning.
• Proven experience with static and rotating equipment, electrical systems and instrumentation/control systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems, reporting tools and HSE standards.
