Maintenance Technician – Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic restaurant team. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all kitchen and facility equipment, contributing to a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to minimize disruption during maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in ordering parts and equipment needed for repairs.
• Carry out emergency repairs as required.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance or repair roles, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
