Male Staff – Social Media Handling & Reception

About the role
We are looking for a male staff member to join our dental clinic in Kuwait. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with the management of our social media presence.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the clinic’s social media accounts on Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Reply to messages, comments and appointment inquiries promptly.
- Welcome patients, manage the reception area and answer phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain booking records.
- Create simple posts, reels and stories to promote clinic services.
Required profile
- Experience in social media handling.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Reception or customer‑service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
