About the role

The Management Associate will provide ongoing support and maintenance for production Satellite Applications, ensuring system stability and minimal business disruption. This role involves coordinating with vendors, handling change requests, and supporting business units during testing and reporting phases.

Key responsibilities

Provide first‑line support for Satellite Applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates, patches, and enhancements with external vendors.
Gather and analyze change request requirements, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and conduct internal testing and quality assurance before user acceptance testing.
Support business units during UAT and regular operations, addressing technical issues, minor bugs, and performance problems to maintain system availability.
Generate ad‑hoc reports and assist business teams in extracting data for analysis, compliance, or operational needs.
