Mandoub – Licensing and Visa Administration

About the role

The Mandoub will manage all licensing, permit, and visa processes for the university, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti regulations. This role supports both the institution’s operational needs and employee legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process all types of employment and residency visas, tracking extensions, cancellations, or transfers.
• Renew and manage company permits, authorized signatory documents, and licenses.
• Handle work permits, government health insurance, medical tests, fingerprint registration, and civil ID issuance or cancellation.
• Coordinate PUC approvals and renewals for university staff.
• Work with HR to register or cancel Kuwaiti employees with Social Security.
• Monitor legal changes and inform the HR department of updates.
• Prepare quarterly sponsorship reports for immigration/labor offices.
• Assist HR with employee departure and exit formalities.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in an educational institution.
• Knowledge of Labor Office, Jawazat, and governmental regulations.
• Familiarity with university administrative procedures and licensing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail, flexibility, and strong multitasking abilities.
