Marine Inspector for Port Construction Supervision

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marine Inspector to supervise port construction projects in Kuwait. You will ensure that all marine works meet international maritime standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of dredging, breakwater, dock facilities and other marine infrastructure.
- Analyze construction methods, materials and workmanship against maritime standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, non‑conformances and corrective recommendations.
- Supervise construction teams, contractors and project managers to ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Monitor safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all construction phases.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marine or port construction inspection and supervision.
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisive judgments on construction quality.
- Physical capability to conduct on‑site inspections in various weather conditions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex construction scenarios.
