Marketing & Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development Officer to support the growth of our MEP contracting, facility management, and after‑sales services business in Kuwait. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, creating engaging content, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing materials, company profiles, and presentations.
• Support business development activities and client engagement initiatives.
• Manage the corporate website and social media platforms.
• Conduct on‑site visits for photography, video shoots, and direct content creation.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and corporate communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in MEP, construction, engineering, facility management, or after‑sales services.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Knowledge of short‑form video hooks, local social media trends, and B2B storytelling.
• Ability to analyse platform metrics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to refine content strategy.
• Basic experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
