Marketing & Communication Specialist (Kuwait)

About the role

The Marketing and Communication Specialist will support Diyar United Company in planning and executing marketing and communication initiatives across all regional offices. The role ensures consistent messaging, high‑quality content, and effective communication across corporate, digital, internal, and external touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop written B2B content for technology and AI‑driven solutions, translating complex offerings into clear, credible messaging.
• Produce and manage content for digital channels, social media, newsletters, press releases, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and activations from concept to post‑event reporting.
• Maintain a centralized repository of approved messaging, boilerplates, case studies, and reference materials.
• Own a library of standardized and localized B2B marketing assets such as company profiles, solution one‑pagers, and success stories.
• Manage internal communication channels and support CSR, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with graphic design, sales, HR, and other business units to translate objectives into effective communication plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of professional marketing and communication experience, preferably in corporate or technology environments.
• Strong ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations for B2B and B2G audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management, event planning, and marketing tools.
• Basic design sense with the ability to brief designers; exposure to video/content production is a plus.
