Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

You will lead the hotel’s marketing communications department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy.
• Oversee advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral to support marketing objectives.
• Ensure the department operates efficiently in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Maximize the hotel’s exposure in local, national and international markets.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Strong problem‑solving, writing, administrative and public‑relations abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills for planning and executing marketing projects.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (CS).
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Canva for design.
• Social media management, including content creation, scheduling, performance tracking and audience engagement.
