About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, supporting brand growth and commercial objectives in Kuwait.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and sponsorships.
- Manage branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, PR and communications.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
- Supervise the marketing team to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables and budget compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs and ROI, providing regular reports and improvement suggestions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of marketing experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, analytical and commercial skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
