Marketing Executive – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our contracting and facilities management business. The role focuses on promoting our engineering, construction, and facilities services to new and existing clients in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for civil HVAC, electrical works, facilities management, and interior fit‑out services.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the construction and facilities sectors.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Maintain client relationships and support client‑handling activities.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing within engineering, construction, or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong communication and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
