Marketing Executive

About the role

Agthia Food is seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Executive to strengthen its brand presence across its restaurant portfolio. You will work closely with operations, creative agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive traffic and enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations to roll out brand promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Maintain social media content calendars and collaborate with photographers and creative agencies.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, POS materials and in‑store branding.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and new opportunities.
• Support new restaurant openings, promotional events and brand activations.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and media partners.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food‑and‑beverage or hospitality sector.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
