Marketing Executive

About the role

Agthia Food, a leading food and beverage group in Kuwait, is seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join its growing Marketing team. You will play a key part in shaping brand visibility across both digital and offline channels for a portfolio of internationally recognised restaurant concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations to launch brand promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Manage social media content calendars and work with creative agencies and photographers.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, POS materials, and in‑store branding.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Support new restaurant openings, promotional events and brand activations.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and media partners.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
