Marketing In-House Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a marketing leader who creates rather than follows trends. The ideal candidate works independently, delivering sharper ideas than the brief requested. You’ll be embedded in the firm, close to the architects, the work, and the material.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent Instagram strategy focused on video, handling concept development, shooting, editing, and publishing to achieve measurable results.
• Direct visual storytelling across site documentation, project progression, material studies, and process work, with regular video output as the primary deliverable.
• Maintain and refresh project pages on the website, turning it into an active platform by repurposing archived concepts and preventing content staleness.
• Monitor reach, follower quality, and campaign performance, providing analytical reports that explain what worked and why.
• Identify and amplify project launches, publications, awards, and studio milestones through both paid and organic channels.

Required profile

• Professional‑level proficiency with Premiere Pro.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Ability to shoot video and stills on‑site using camera or phone in imperfect lighting.
• Deep expertise with Instagram’s current trends and best practices.
• Strong analytics literacy to read metrics, spot retention drops, and explain causes.
• Independent decision‑making with clear communication of creative choices.
• Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
• Copywriting ability in English and/or Arabic.
• Genuine curiosity about architecture and design.
