Marketing Manager – Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle Brands

About the role

Dalal Adoub Company seeks a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand‑building initiatives across its beauty, fragrance, fashion and lifestyle portfolio. You will shape annual marketing plans, drive multi‑channel campaigns and mentor a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create integrated campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and brand activations.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the marketing team.
• Oversee social media, influencer collaborations and all digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with Creative, Product Development, Sales, E‑commerce and Customer Service teams.
• Plan and manage photoshoots, video productions and creative content.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and produce actionable reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Drive website marketing, SEO, email and CRM initiatives.
• Organise exhibitions, pop‑ups, mall activations and brand events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury or retail is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
