Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, improve market positioning, and support overall business growth. This role collaborates closely with sales, product, and business teams to deliver multi‑channel campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead market research, customer insight gathering, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Create, launch, and optimise campaigns in content marketing, social media, email, advertising, PR, events, and promotions.
• Monitor performance using analytics and KPIs, adjusting tactics to maximise ROI.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Oversee marketing budget allocation, cost‑effectiveness, and process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Solid project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
